Film Synopsis

On the quiet banks of the Tunga River in Karnataka, Sanskrit is not preserved, it is simply lived. In Mattur, morning conversations unfold in the ancient language, the Guru–Shishya tradition remains unbroken, and nearby pathshalas carry forward the Vedas with devotion. The unique Sankethi dialect bridges past and present. 'Anādiḥ Anantaḥ' is a portrait of a community that chose continuity over loss - a way of life never interrupted, without beginning, without end.
